I couldn't find on the Internet how to change the language of the Creative Cloud itself. Since the layout is poor in the native language, the letters move out.

Hi @ilsurgareev . The next version of the Creative Cloud desktop app (releasing in a few weeks) will have the ability to change the language of the app from the "Preferences" menu.

the cc desktop app language is determined by your os language and cannot be changed. the installed apps language can be changed using the desktop app preferences.
