Hi @Lonneke33457561zj33 , your school's account admin has likely claimed the domain (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/verify-domain-ownership.html) so any account created on the school domain need to created by the admin. Check with your school's IT department for access.

If you're getting charged for an Adobe subscription, please contact customer care using the link Jane shared.

It's not exactly clear how you set up your account. Can you clarify:

Some schools provide Adobe Creative Cloud to the students and faculty. If this is your situation, contact the IT at your school.
Some students purchase Adobe Creative Cloud with the educational discount directly from Adobe because their school does not provide it. If this is your situation, you need to contact Adobe Customer Care.

You might also try logging out, then logging in again.

Try the link to auto-open the Chat for Adobe Customer Care:

Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers pretending to be Adobe.
