Mac Utilities Folder - Adobe Utilities

I have moved all my Adobe Apps to an external drive on my mac.

In Finder>Utilities there are numerous Adobe folders

• Adobe Applications Manager
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Adobe Creative Cloud Experience
• Adobe Genuine Service
• Adobe Installers
• Adobe Sync

What are the folders?

These Adobe utility folders are on the Mac internal drive, the Adobe apps are on the external drive. Everything seems to be working, but why don't the Adobe utility folders need to be stored on the external drive with the Adobe Apps?
