Mi lightroom no conecta a internet, figura que la conexion no se encuentra, entonces no me deja usar ajustes pre establecidos y tambien no funciona las herramientas con IA

if all looks good:

sign out of the cc desktop app

restart your computer 

open lr

you should be prompted to sign in 

use the same username and password used to check your account.
