Missing Team Projects

I edit a TV series. There’s one more editor beside me and we share the projects through Team Projects. It doesn’t work right from the start, we have lost much time just by waiting for the projects to be opened, updated, published, but today I found no projects in the Manage Team Projects window on neither of computers. So as of today we cannot access the 10 episodes we’re working on, and our editing stops here. I won’t describe how I feel about that. What should I do to get our projects back?
