Multiple windows

When multiple applications are open (e.g., Illustrator and InDesign), it's common for their windows to overlap on the screen. Is there a way to customize the windows belonging to one application? For instance, by giving them a color or an icon ?

you can customize window positions and sizes by choosing a position and size and then closing the app.
