Additionally all apps I installed say that my subscription status cannot be verified and I am unable to use all create cloud apps. Help me solve this issue. I have tried logging out and logging in, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud and all apps, I have tried restarting my system but the issue persists in all cases.

    Hi @Aimal96 ,

Could you please collect and share the Creative Cloud logs using the Log Collector tool?

These logs will help us perform the initial investigation and better understand the issue.

    Regards,
    Ruchika Wadhawan

first try, resetting the cc app:

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, follow the repair option using the cc desktop uninstaller/repairerr, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/manage-apps/creative-cloud-desktop-app/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails, do a clean cc install:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

download the cc desktop app by using the links at the both of this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-using-direct-links.html

install the cc desktop app using an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

then sign out of the cc desktop app

then exit the cc desktop app and reopen it.  sign in with the same adobe id/pass used to confirm your subscription.
