My adobe photoshop is not downloading the files from Adobe Cloud. When i try to download, it stucks and do not process. First i thought it might be a RAM issue so i upgraded from 16GB to 32GB. After upgrading the RAM the issue is not yet resolved and such a great bottleneck within fast pace work system. I Have tried every thing to bring it back on track but after everything it is still not downloading files from cloud.

Any solutions and guide would be appreciated. Thanks

    Answer is that Adobe keeps making it harder to download from creative cloud, can’t synch files anymore, have to download 1 by 1 from the website… worst service ever.

    After you open Photoshop and locate your team projects, what is your next step? What do you do (exactly) to start the download?

    @MUHAMMAD-KAMRAN

    to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

    https://assets.adobe.com

    https://lightroom.adobe.com

    https://documentcloud.adobe.com

    https://spark.adobe.com

    if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

    Can you please describe the exact process you’re using. Are you trying to download from the Creative Cloud app? Any screenshots will be helpful.

    I thought i might be RAM issue so for caution purpose, I upgraded 16GB to 32GB. But when it was upgraded. Initially Photoshop did not make any error on first download but right after that things get distracted. Now it is not letting me to download anything from cloud. I initiate of downloading process by opening photoshop latest version installed on my device and then i locate my team projects and here it comes when i download any project from there it do not process and downloading bar is left empty. Nothing happens.
