My annual subscription is missing from my account

A month ago I paid for an annual subscription to Adobe Photoshop. Today, when I logged in, the subscription was gone. What is the reason for this?

One possible reason is that you purchased with one Adobe ID and are now logged in with a second Adobe ID. Try these four steps to see if they help:

If none help, contact Adobe Customer Care directly. There are two ways:

if your cc desktop shows that apps that were installed/installable are now listed as trials:

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

This is a month after buying the annual plan. It's now on the website. I didn't cancel my subscription.

you should have paid about 120 us dollars for the least expensive adobe plan (which includes photoshop and lightroom). 

 

if you only paid ~30 us dollars, you subscribed to a monthly plan that expired.
