Need to reset password

I have attempted to reset my password many times for the past few days, everytime I do so, I get a notification saying:

"Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service."

Ive tried getting help from the virtual assistant many times, but it keeps sending me the same articles that are of no help. How might I speak to a real human about this?

you might try a simple test (using alpha characters only) first to see if the problem is a disallowed character.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
