Need you to look at the CC Desktop Applications for greater efficiency!!

I was thrilled to attend Adobe Max 2022 this year. Your products are moving in all the right directions.

For years I felt like I was just opening bug tickets.

This case today is related to the following:

1. The CC apps icons in Windows

2. The CC apps services in Windows

Can you take a look at these screenshots and make a plan to optimize them.

i don't see anything that's causing a problem in the screenshots. what problem are you having?

Sorry...Let me be more clearn:

1. In the installer, we get two apps icons for CC. Can you remove one of them? Why two?

2. In the second image, I marked the duplicate services in the Windows Task Manager. Can Adobe review the Adode CC Services that run under the Windows Task Manager so my system runs at best performance. I turn off the CC app because it hogs too many resources.

1. i don't see any duplicates in the cc desktop app.

2. it appears that services are duplicated (but they are not) and they are using 0% cpu. ntl, you can terminate whatever you like there, if it bothers you.
