New Trojan Issue

Dear Team Adobe ,

When installing Adobe Creative Cloud, my antivirus detected a trojan with the name node.exe

Is it detected only on my device or can the Adobe team help with related checks?
This virus was detected from 05 February 2024 and is still detected by our antivirus until now.
Please help.
