Good afternoon,

I have a adobe membership for photoshop and lightroom. I had the adobe onlien cloud on my desktop installed. No all of a sudden i cant access the cloud and my programs. It says it acnnot connect to the adobe servers (eroor 206). It mentions something about firewall, connectivity problems.

I have never had this problem, never changed anything. tried various fixes by deinstalling and installing, but the installing fails.

When connecting to the adobe server i get a bad connection or 404 message. But my internet is ok.

Please help!

Gr Jasper

that's good.

 confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos after clicking "link"?

if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html

if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

or, if you’re trying to activate a perpetual license, you can try offline activation by disconnecting your computer from the internet, starting activation and using https://aoes-stage.licensingstack.com/aoes/aoes/v1/imsauthstatus

And then -->

The firewall issues. I turned them oof, no luck, anti virus off, no luck, but reaching the servers of adobe is an issue.

I try to install the creative cloud app. This is where it begins. Restarting the computer does not change it.
