No puedo usar las Aplicaciones

Adquirí el plan de maestros y estudiantes por 19, 66 y me aparece acceso finalizado en ilustrator, photoshop y los demas de adobe cloud, nose que pasa y lo peor esque se sigue cobrando y no puedo utilizarlos, nisiquiera me aparece el plan activo para dejar de pagarlo, siento que me roba dinero

If through a school, you need to contact the school's plan administrator.
