Not Able to update photoshop application through creative cloud, error code 127

I have tried multiple times to download and update the Photoshop CC update that just came out. Everytime I try it gets to the end and then I get an error message that pops up. 

FATAL: Error occurred in extract of package (Name: Adobe Photoshop23-Core_x64 Version: 23.5.5.1103). Error code: '127'
ERROR: Cannot open file "C:\adobeTemp\ETR454C.tmp\1\Application\Presets\Live Canvas\Torrent.lfe' for writing: Error 5 Access is denied.
