Not sure what all of these things are doing in Mac Utilities under Adobe CC folder

Mac Sequoia - 15.3.1.  I was not sure where to post this. It seems I had malware. BackService which was linked to CleverFiles and Disk Drill. I don't ever remenber installing Disk Drilll. I have removed all of those but when I did a spotlight search which showed this ni-NL.json.

I followed link to Utilities - Adobe CC and found this. What is all of this Firefox stuff doing in the CC app? Should I delete it all and leave the 3DI folder or get rid of that too?
