Partage de bibliothèque > Notifications et mails non reçus par les invités

Hello,

J’ai créé et partagé à un certain nombre de personnes de mon équipe un bibliothèque, seulement quelques personnes ont eu le mail et la notification, d’autres que la notification et enfin la majorité n’on rien reuçu. Avez-vous des pistes de résolution pour cette problématique ? 

J’ai tenté de supprimer et renvoyer l’invitation, ça ne fonctionne pas plus. Je n’ai aucun message d’erreur, juste les personnes en questions dans la liste d’attente et rien de plus.

    Thanks for sharing this—this definitely sounds frustrating, especially when collaboration isn’t working as expected.

     

    From what you’ve described, this seems like a library sharing/invite sync issue, where invitations remain stuck in “pending” and aren’t consistently delivered.

     

    To help narrow this down, could you confirm a few details:

    • Are all recipients using the same email address that’s linked to their Adobe ID?
    • Are they able to see anything under “Shared with you” in Creative Cloud (desktop or web)?
    • Are they part of the same organization/team account, or external collaborators?

     

    You can also ask the recipients to check their in-app notifications in the Creative Cloud Desktop app by clicking the bell icon in the top-right corner and accepting the invite from there.

     

    Additionally, they can review their notification settings by clicking on their profile avatar in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, navigating to Preferences, and ensuring notifications are enabled.

    some people have filters in place that prevent your attempts to contact. eg, email recipients need to check spam folders.

    It could be an explanation for some people but I tried with my email and nothing in spam folder 😥

    And I don’t understand why some people doesn’t have the notification in creative cloud account too ☹️

    as a test try sending sharing via the adobe website that has your file.:
