Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign all not opening. JUST STUCK AND UNRESPONSIVE

Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign all not opening. working perfect 8/7 this has me losing money I have deadlines.

 

Does anyone know How yo fix it?

 

Already tried uninstalling AND RestRTING

Good news - removing the Betas seems to of done the trick 👍

I have the same issue - un and re-installed, restarted etc still AI, PS and InD not responding.

you may need to use the cleaner if there are other cc desktop app issues:



uninstall every cc app  per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials, but not betas (at this point)

test

Have the same issue. Im on a mac. Have not updated to latest Ventura. I have tried uninstalling and the reinstalling both creative cloud and the apps. I have also tried logging out and in. Restarted the mac a good dosen times. Nothing works. Still wont open the apps. Just stalls on the opening screen.

use the cc desktop app to uninstall (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html)

 

uninstall all betas

test if problem's resolved

 

if not, uninstall problematic apps, restart your computer and reinstall the problematic apps.
