Question

Photoshop not listed on CC home page

Photoshop no longer appears in Creative Cloud list of installed apps. Everything is updated. Went to uninstall/repair and did repair. That didn't work. I know PS is installed and it works. Maybe it's just a glitch to be fixed in an update. Windows 10 Pro. CC v5.10.0.573. PS 2023 v24.4.0433.

Same here, but fixed. I launched Creative Cloud. No Photoshop V24 appeared. I opened Photoshop V24 and selected Help/Updates from within Photoshop. A new Creative Cloud window appeared showing both Photoshop V24 and V23, with an update available to V24. I did the update. Re-booted my Windows 11, and launched Creative Cloud again. Now both versions of Photoshop appear. Creative Cloud looks normal.

Thanks but that didn't work. Had to do a remote with adobe tech. Took a long time to fix tasks CC and adobe was doing and was not doing.

Hi @pixelfor , could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Did you add/update/remove anything on your system before the issue started?

Thanks for responding. Nothing added/updated/removed had anything to do with it. Turned on computer. Turned on cc. PS not on the list of apps on cc home window. PS appeared on Microsoft add/remove list. Did remote with adobe tech. Long time. Tech spent a lot of time. Ended up with all presets lost so I had to remake all the presets. Luckily the second party plug ins which do the heavy liftng were not affected. It was just a adobe creative cloud screw up. It happens.

Did the issue get resolved or is it still there? If you're still having the issue, can you create a log file and share the uploaded file name with me? From the Creative Cloud app, Help > Create log file.
