Problem with Moving Creative Cloud from C to D

Hello! Today I couldn't use Adobe tools and noticed that Creative Cloud was automatically moved to "C", but in "Settings" the location shows "D". I tried to make changes, but anyway after deleting and installing again, making changes in the Settings, restarting it's anyway moved to C. How to solve the problem?

P.S.: I also checked out in Windows Settings. All file locations are chosen to "D".
