Problem with Older CC2020 Creative Cloud Updates

I think I know the answer to this, but CC 2020 is no longer allowing program updates to install. 

No matter how many times I click "Retry" I get the same message. Re-install is not an option at this point. Maybe a "Preferences" file delete? CC202 is no longer supported, and my machine will not support a newer OSX to load later versions of Adobe CC and apps.
