PS and Lightroom update

I have an update pending for both, I am connected to the internet but I cannot get the update to start.

I click the butoon and nothing happens

I am logged in and have even tried my mobile as a hotspot....

Any thoughts?

restart your computer and check if the apps are already updated. if not, try again.
