Que faire avec le fichier Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg sous Windows 11?

Bonjour,

je viens de m'abonner à LR et de recevoir d'Adobe le fichier Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg

Je suis soius W11 et j'ai téléchargé le logiciel DMG extractor sensé extraire les fichiers en .dmg et j'obtiens trois autres fichiers:

1.Apple_partition_map

0.ddm

et 2.hfs

qu'en faire?
