Question about Installs Independent of CC Desktop

getting anything other then older (than cc 2020) apps has to be obtained from adobe support.  if you can live with the older versions, use prodesigntools.com:

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

for versions prior to cc 2020, use prodesign tools.com*.

for versions between cc 2019 and one previous version, contact adobe support for links.**

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

what Apps do you want to download? What where the Links they give you? Why not installing with the CC App? You can find many apps and Infos at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-availability.html or https://www.adobe.com/downloads.html
