Bonjour, comment ne pas perdre les raccourcis clavier créées aux mises à jour de Photoshop ou Illustrator, beaucoup de temps perdu et d'énervement générés !

Correct answer kglad

The target is to keep the preference and don't have to reconfigurate all the keyboard shortcup because we don't use the standards one. So, in that case, I think it is the first check... but this is ever the check I have ! so that doesn't work...

if it was unchecked preveriously, you expect all past auto-updates have removed your shortcuts.  if it's checked now, you expect all future updates to preserve your shortcuts (and other settings).

Hi @defaultmu61u5352vdw, Welcome to the community!

Please try the following steps and let us know if it works for you.

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app

Click on Apps on the left.

Click on the three dots to the right of Installed apps and then on Manage auto-updates.

Scroll down to Photoshop / Illustrator and then to its Advanced Options.

Is Import previous settings, etc, checked?

Thanks!

OK thanks
You check both "Import..." and "Remove..." or only the first to keep the same preference as the previous version?

when you update adobe apps, you have two decisions to make:

1.  do you want to keep your app preferences?

2. do you want older versions removed (when there's a major version update)?

check or uncheck those boxes per your wishes.  ie, you want 1 to be checked because you've stated you want, at least, some preferences (keyboard shortcuts) preserved.  whether you want 2 checked or unchecked you haven't indicated.
