Real problems getting Creative Cloud to work, download and install OK, then it needs to connect with Adobe and it doesn't. We've tried all the fixes and nothing works

    Hi @Sally Maltby

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I was curious if you could explain a little more about it not being able to connect to Adobe. Could you explain more what this means? Can you share a screenshot of what you see? What Adobe web address are you unable to reach? Are you getting any kind of error message? Is this all Adobe sites or one particular one?

We have this article that might be helpful, but I'm not sure without a better understanding of the issue - https://adobe.ly/46ZFvuR

I agree with Kglad's suggestion of testing in different browsers other than Opera.

    Best,
    Dave

It appears the culprit is Norton antivirus software stopping a lot of things from working.

make sure your default browser is updated and not opera.

What do you mean not-operating? Surely it needs to be?
