Never had a more dificult time trying to save and open files accross devices. I might as well email myself zip files. Working with AI/PS on the computer and Fresco on the iPad is the most frustrating experience I ever had and the creative cloud is the biggest part of the problem. Stuck converting a PS file now...

It sounds like you're experiencing Creative Cloud file syncing and compatibility issues between Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and Fresco across your computer and iPad. Here are a few possible causes and solutions:

     

    Sync Issues: Files may not sync properly across devices, causing delays or outdated versions. To fix this, open the Creative Cloud app and check for sync errors. Rename the file to force sync, and sign out and back into Creative Cloud on both devices. Also, ensure that your files don’t contain any special characters, and try syncing smaller batches of files.     Check for Updates: Make sure your Creative Cloud apps are up to date.

     

    Convert Files to Cloud Documents: Convert your Photoshop files to cloud documents by going to File > Save As in Photoshop and choosing to save as a cloud document. For more details, check this doc: Work with Cloud Documents.

     

    Network Restrictions: Company networks or VPNs may block Adobe’s sync services. Try a different Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot to check if syncing works.
