Re-ivite someone to adobe library

Hi there. i've searched everywhere online and on the adobe communities.

Here's my problem.

I've send users an invite to my library, but one of them says she did accept but cannot access the library.

i want to re-invite her but there is no option to be found anywhere?

Does anyone have a solution?

Apparently, if you log out and log in again stuff happens, so she did see the invite again.

Maybe this should have been my firtst answer (option to try) but somehow i just expected something like this to be a button somewhere.
