Re: Unable to install Creative cloud software updates

Hi,

 

   Need help in terms of installing adobe creative cloud. After installation it says initializing and after sometime it throwas an error taking longer time and then ask me to repair when clicked on that nothing is happened when i reopen or even restarted couple of times

    are you sure you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

    Earlier in my old laptop the same was working and now in my new laptop i'm attempting to install the creative cloud. But not sure if that is Teams or Enterprise subscription. I'm an individual and bought the subscription for my personal laptop

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
