Received a redeption code which does not have enought character

I received a redeption code from Nvidi Geforce Experience for 1 month free creative cloud subscription. It says I have to enter the code here: https://redeem.adobe.com/? 

But the one I received does not have enough character to be activated. Am I doing something wrong? Screenshot from Geforce Experience attached below.

there are 3 others having problems with this nvidia redemption right now.  i solved their problem with the info below, the other 2 are pending.
