Received a redeption code which does not have enought character

I received a redeption code from Nvidi Geforce Experience for 1 month free creative cloud subscription. It says I have to enter the code here: https://redeem.adobe.com/? 

But the one I received does not have enough character to be activated. Am I doing something wrong? Screenshot from Geforce Experience attached below.

there are 3 others having problems with this nvidia redemption right now.  i solved their problem with the info below, the other 2 are pending.

 

start here - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/redeem-instructions/

 

then go here if you were unable to complete the redemption from nvidia's site - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/redemption-code-purchase-help.html
