As Proshow Gold by Photodex is no longer available does Adobe have an app to create slideshows from photographs?

adobe animate can be used, but adobe express is easier to use, and i believe, free -

    When i click the first link above, it opens the mobile app and there is No Slideshow Maker.  Super frustrated over the weekend....any help would be appreciated

    if you don't want to open a mobile app, don't use a mobile to click the link.  ie, use a desktop browser to view > click etc
