Strange issue

I change my adobe ID to another one because i change my subscribation type 

all programs works fine 

but the plugins didn't show in the new one and when i access my sub. from the web browser it doesn't show that i installed programs and as to install it again and also it shows that i need to install creative cloud desktop and it installed already 

how to sync web site with CCD
