Okay, see this is still an issue, after 4 years!

Something amiss with their loader and clearly no interest in fixing it.

Yes now 2021. left overnight tried restarting and still 'waiting....'

sometimes I think life would be quicker without a computer and these wonderful applications that rarely seem to work. Trying to keep up to date as I was informed that the multiple crashes in illustrator might be due to my using a slightly older version.

Am I the only one who just want to get on with getting a job done rather than spending time learning some new, probably irrelevant bit of software??
