I want to buy the student version of creative cloud via surfspot, because it saves me a lot of money. However when I want to order it for one year it says that my email is already linked to an account so I cant buy it. Anybody know what to do?

you'll need to cancel your current subscription in order to start the new one.  that may trigger an early cancellation fee, so you should do this with the help of adobe support and make sure you understand all the costs involved:

 

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

Hi,

 

if the Account is already in use you need another Account for the order or if thats an Account from your school you can ask there if you can get the student version via that account. See also https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/students.html for more infos. Hope that helps.
