The Creative_Cloud_Set-Up installer file disappears from the disk

Windows 11. The file disappears from the disk. Could it be that the antivirus thinks it is a virus? Or does the file itself disappear after installation? How can this be avoided?

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

The file is deleted from the disk after installation. I don't like that. I don't want it to be deleted. What should I do about it?
