trying to renew photography plan for a year

I currently have an annual plan billed via Amazon $9.99 monthly - renewal date in March 2025,.  I just purchased an annual plan via Amazon for $119. plus tax.  When I tried to link the new purchase to the existing account, I got a msg that the vendor would not allow that.  What can I do?  Should I just create a new account?  That would cost me over two months overlap.  Any help out there?

contact adobe support and see if there's anything that can be done, now.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
