Turn off background processes for performance.

Last week I had to delete Creative cloud on my work laptop because of background processes.
I run performance software and need all available resources for it.

There is no point in these services running as wifi is turned off and I am not actively using the software.
I have made another profile on my MBP for this purpose.
If I reinstall CC on the other profile, will these processes still run in background on new profile?
