Uninstalling Standalone Installations of CC/ CC apps (SMB)

I am currently in the process of trying to filter down our Adobe licensed products here at my company. I have a couple of interesting tid bits about the two uninstallers I can find and the one I can't.

My company doesn't have access to any sort of admin console for Adobe products, but the tool I think I need is found within there. Why isn't this tool available to the public? It list XML format options to find exactly what I need to uninstall these products. Uninstall Creative Products VIA Admin Console
This would be extremely helpful in my approach to getting base version and current version so we can go ahead and uninstall across different users in the fleet. Are there any tools that are like this that can find this information so I can move on with my day?

On that same page there is a method for uninstalling using a different tool with less functions. Are there any switches involved with the "Method 2" or "Method 3" section that I can use to find information on my other endpoints? I tried running it alone, it didn't uninstall my apps. I tried editing the XML. It still doesn't uninstall my apps.

Then there is this uninstaller that will remove the CC desktop app. Does this need to be ran last after the other apps are uninstalled?

This whole process seems incredibly convoluted for something that I should be able to go into control panel for and have zero problems with. I also have to worry that some programs (acutil for instance) will be running flags telling Adobe that it's still installed... When it's not.

How does the Adobe community go about flushing out their Adobe products? Are there better methods to uninstall these products than what is posted on Adobe's website?

here's a list for complete uninstallation of adobe apps. some you may not be able to follow, but you can always use the cleaner tool:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
