Uploading to CC cloud storage not working well

Question

Last week I uploaded 7 Psd files at about 300 mb each without issue. When I attempted to upload a second batch from the finder a week later, the process spun for an hour and then dissapeared without copying to the cloud. I tried doing one a time. Same thing. Just spent an hour with an Adobe tech who finally advised me to open the file in Photoshop and save from there. OK. In that case, Adobe should really fix or remove the "Upload" feature in CC file uploads. Besides that, the upload process is often just plain wonky. FYI: I've only used 12% of my storage.

@Nokemov The program was removed but temporarily extended since users did not read the many emails outlining the end of life. See the link explaining below. This is on borrowed time. I would highly suggest you find another storage solution for your local files ASAP.

@Nokemov CC file storage is no longer available. You can save your PSD to the cloud via Photoshop and saving as a .psdc (Photoshop cloud document) which is what it sounds like the tech had you do.

"Uploads" are files uploaded from other applications like Adobe Express. These are not local uploads via drag and drop.
