Urgent – Graduation Account and File Transfer Issue

Dear Adobe Support Team,My name is Lou-Ann, and I am a French student currently graduating. My school Adobe Creative Cloud license will expire in two days, so I created a new personal account and would like to transfer all of my files to it.However, the issue is that the graduation.adobe.com page appears to be down. I’m very concerned about potentially losing all of my work, including my End-of-Year Project. I’m currently trying to download everything manually, but it would be much easier if someone from the Adobe team could assist me with the transfer.I’ve attached a screenshot of the error I keep encountering when accessing graduation.adobe.com.Thank you in advance for your help.With best regards,Lou-Ann

However, the issue is that the https://graduation.adobe.com page appears to be down.

Try this link, as it appears the page has been replaced:

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-student-assets.html

"Use Adobe Student File Transfer to automatically transfer your creative assets from your assigned school account to a personal account.

"Adobe Student File Transfer replaces the old Student Asset Migration service, introduced in 2020. Users who need to access the older tool can do so at https://graduation.adobe.com/sam for a limited time."

i see not problem with https://graduation.adobe.com/ try a different browser.
