HI. IS ANYONE HERE EVER EXPERIENCED THE SAME SITUATION AS I AM? I DID WAITING FOR SO LONG DOWNLOADING LOCAL COPY FROM ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD TO LOCAL STORAGE. DID ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX? I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE FROM ADOBE CC TO LOCAL STORAGE. KINDLY PLEASE HELP.

my .psd file size is 3.45 GB. Extremely big. How could I reduce the size? Anyone?

use a browser. there are several tabs and link to check:

    i did try using the browser, stil, dead end. https://assets.adobe.com/
    any other way? or is there relate to RAM or storage? please someone help me. I stuck for 5 days and i need to submit this because it's long overdue. File format is .psd

    ram issue, no.  storage issue, possible if there's a local (your computer) problem or a cc storage issue.

     

    more likely would be a corrupt file issue. that should be ruled out by trying different files.
