@onur30527459n13l

This alert found in Photoshop Beta when your version is old. The purpose of Photoshop Beta is to test and report bugs to the engineers, so it's important that you are using the current beta version if you choose to participate in the program.

If you don't choose to participate, uninstall the Beta and use the Released version of Photoshop. The released version does not have this message.

This is posted in the Adobe Express page and it looks like your question concerns creative cloud. Fear not! I will transfer it to the right place where you are likely to get proper answers...

See you there!

Hello! I'm not certain that's Adobe Express - are you in a beta program for any other Adobe products e.g. Photoshop. Illustrator etc?? Let me know and I can move your post to the appropriate beta forum for assistance. On the face of it, the notice seems obivous - you have a beta version and you need to use Creative Cloud to update the version you are testing.
