What do these apps do?

I am using Creative Cloud with Windows 10 on a desktop PC.  There are many Adobe-related apps that start when the computer starts up. I would like to turn off those that are unneeded in order to speed up start up and to preserve memory and processing capacity.  I only use Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Stock files; no other Adobe programs.  Which of these can I turn off--the Windows Startup setup meu--without causing problems:

  • Adobe Collaboration Synchonizer
  • Adobe GC Invoker Utility
  • Adobe Updater Startup Utility
  • CCXProcess.exe
  • Creative Cloud
  • Creative Cloud Content Manager

Thanks for the quick response!  The page you pointed me to is helpful, but I need more information in order to determine whether I can turn off the apps. I only use Adobe Acrobot and Adobe stock images and do not collaborate with other users in PhotoShop, etc.

Also, the webpage doesn't describe

  • Adobe Collaboration Synchonizer
  • Adobe GC Invoker Utility
  • Adobe Updater Startup Utility
  • CCXProcess.exe

Thanks!
