Why am I seeing "flash player.app" on my macOS Tahoe

I search online and every corner of web is telling me Adobe is not supporting flash player anymore. But why am I seeing Flash Player.app in my computer. I did not install the flash player and it is definitely installed by creative cloud. I cannot find any flash uninstaller in my computer. How can I uninstall it safely. I do have two Flash Player.app on my computer.
