Why can't I uninstall it? Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files

I had a email telling me that Creative Cloud will stop syncing. So I wanted to uninstall Creative Cloud, because I don't use itfor anything other then my documents folder. But I can not uninstall it. The error tells me there are still products that use the Creative Cloud. But if it will stop syncing, why are other products still using it?

you have misunderstood something.  to start, do you have any cc apps (eg, photoshop, acrobat, premiere pro, illustrator, animate, lightroom, audition, after effects etc) installed on your computer?
