Uninstalling and reinstalling is not one of the potential solutions on the help page I gave you. Please try the steps here instead:

I changed the program language and everything worked. Reinstalling rarely helps; it's an error in the program settings!

The Beta apps have not been removed, but there are several reasons why you might not be seeing them. Please check the list here and let us know which applies to you.
