Why my company deactivated all ai features in adobe applications?

Recently my company deactivated all ai related features such as generative fill in Ps and generative recolor in Ai in every computer of their employees, saying that they should NOT be used for any commercial purposes and deliverables. They refuse to elaborate on the matter. Is this a common problem? Is this related to copyright that the company should buy? Could there be lines of code that they may find dangerous? How can we employees facilitate them to fix this issue?
