Working files are disconnected from creative cloud

The working file shows as disconnected from the cloud. Tried most of the relevant methods from the learn more link that adobe has provided. The changes made in the file are saved in the cloud but not sure why they still show that prompt. 

Tried reaching out with the customer support their solution didnt work. 

Saving this file in another name works well thou.

Anyone who can assist me on this please.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thanks for the udpate.

I tried this but this works well for some time but the file again disconnects showing that icon. What could be the issue please.

Welcome to the community! Could you please try uninstalling the Creative  Cloud desktop app by using this link- https://adobe.ly/40wnhxG and install the app again to see if that helps?
