You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use Adobe Fonts Error

I opened Creative Cloud Desktop App and noticed the Manage Fonts app was greyed out. When I clicked on it the error message 'You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use

Adobe Fonts.' was shown. I am an administrator of the Adobe Account, I cannot see where to request the use of Manage Fonts. I have never had this issue before.

Does anyone have any idea why this his happening?
