adobe cc can recognize the same computer as two different computers.  many users have seen this (including myself).

bottomline: it's save to deactivate from both of the activated computers.  when starting a cc app on the deactivated computer you'll be prompted to sign in with your adobe id and password.  that's the only repercussion (IF you're connected to the internet) for signing out/deactivating.
